What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement end-to-end features across our stack (React/TypeScript frontend, Python backend, AI systems, data pipelines).
• Design and scale robust APIs and backend services that power real-time, high-volume financial research.
• Build data-intensive UI components that allow analysts to explore and interact with complex financial knowledge.
• Optimize performance and reliability across the stack—especially for large data workflows and dynamic AI outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless, intelligent user experiences.
• Contribute to engineering strategy, mentorship, and technical decision-making as a key member of the team.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack applications in high-performance environments.
• Expertise in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend frameworks (Python, FastAPI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of systems design, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale data and distributed systems is a strong plus.
• Product-first mindset—you care about the user, not just the code.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative without waiting for direction.
